Greetings to all our Cronous Players. Since our Renaming Crest is not usable at the moment, we are going to refund unused Renaming Crest. The item cannot be used in the game and we will have new item soon to be updated in the game (But this will take time). And we canβt manually change the name of the character until we have the new item updated and we ask for your kind understanding. However, the refund and reimbursement will be different according to the purchased method. Reimbursement 1. If you have bought the item from the Point Shop in the game with your game cash; WE WILL REIMBURSE FULL AMOUNT IN CASH (ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT) Reimbursement 2. If you have bought the item from other user with trading the Point Charge item; WE WILL REIMBURSE FULL AMOUNT IN POINT CHARGE ITEM (ADDED TO YOUR INVENTORY– character that bought the item) Reimbursement 3. If you have bought the item from other user with cro; WE WILL REIMBURSE FULL AMOUNT IN CRO (ADDED TO YOUR INVENTORY – character that bought the item) Reimbursement 4. If you have traded the item from other user with trading other item; WE WILL REIMBURSE THE TRADED ITEM (IF ONLY THE TRADED DATA IS CLEAR) (ADDED TO YOUR INVENTORY – character that bought the item) Reimbursement 5. If you have gotten the item from event (Return of Legend); WE WILL COMPENSATE WITH NEW ITEM β2012 GIFT BOXβ (ADDED TO YOUR INVENTORY – character that got the item) Excluding cases. 1. If you traded the item using outside of game (trading real cash online or offline), or trade that does not show in the data will be excluded! 2. If you traded the item more than 3 months ago (2011.10 ~ now) will be excluded! How to apply for this? We will investigate all the remaining items in each server and will compensate accordingly. All items will be reimbursed by end of January.
