Listed below is a summary of GameOn Studio policies on restoration of items. Please read these, before requesting that items be restored.

1.     Items dropped while being killed by monsters will not be restored.

-       Drop rates are set according to different levels of virtue and other factors. Restoring dropped items will unbalance this system.

2.     Items that were sold to NPCs or destroyed by players will be restored only once.

-       When selling items to NPCs or destroying items, the game asks for confirmation. Once the sale or destruction of an item is confirmed, it is impossible to undo but we will restore it one time only.

3.     Hacking or scamming incidents must be reported within one week.

-       The faster the incident is reported, the higher the chances are of getting the items returned. So, please submit a detailed report to us immediately,

-       If more than seven working days pass, it becomes virtually impossible to return the stolen items. Possession of items changes so often that after a week, it takes longer to trace the items and more complicated. Thus making return of the items virtually impossible

4.     Never share account information or lend items, even if you plan to take a break from the game.

If account sharing or lending of items is verified, we will deny any requests for restoration of items.

Please help us keep our game fair and clean. Those who violate the rules or cheat will be penalized with confiscation of items and other punitive actions.
