We have received an email from billing company that they're working on their system and due to this matter, they're not able to give CS points into your account for this moment. Hope they can fix this issues as soon as possible.
However, if your account has been charged but not yet received the CS point, please wait couple more day then you will see your CS points in your account.
I can't tell you the exact date for now but we'll post a news whenever it's solved.
