Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting NeoFun, a site owned and operated by Studio Wicket, Limited ("Wicket"). Wicket places great importance on protecting the privacy of all of our users. In this private policy is detailed the use of personal information collected through our site NeoFun (neofun.com) and all other sites owned and operated by Wicket ("Site"). This policy does not apply to companies that Wicket does not own nor has control over and third party sites linked to or from any sites owned and operated by Wicket.



Personal Information

Personal information is any identifiable information about you including name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, and other information that is not otherwise available to the public. You are able to visit most pages of the Site without providing any personal information. In some cases, however we do need your personal information to provide products and services that you request. At the site you can register for games, order items, enter contests, vote in polls, participate in events and online forums or communities. Age Requirement

The Site will not knowingly collect, use or retain personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, for any purpose whatsoever (including internal or external marketing or promotional purposes).
